Advanced Trauma Therapy
Trauma is an emotional response to a distressing event that can have lasting negative effects on a person’s physical, emotional, social, or spiritual well-being. Trauma can impact a person’s sense of safety, self, and ability to regulate emotions and navigate relationships. Our clinicians are trained in a wide variety of evidence-based treatment approaches that have proven successful in treating complex trauma, childhood adversity, and unresolved grief. Advanced trauma therapy is designed to help you process and heal from deeply rooted emotional wounds. We create a compassionate environment to explore your experiences, move toward healing, and regain control over your life.
Relationship Therapy
Relationships are often where we experience both our deepest connection and our most persistent challenges. Relationship therapy provides a supportive, structured space to help couples and families understand one another more clearly, communicate more effectively, and work through patterns that feel stuck or painful. Our approach is collaborative and grounded in respect for each person’s perspective. We create a space where each voice can be heard and where new ways of responding to one another can be practiced and strengthened for greater clarity, connection, and resilience in your relationships.

Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, life changes, or relationship issues, our clinicians use research-based techniques to empower you and create lasting change. With a personalized approach, we’ll guide you toward healing and greater self-awareness so you can create the life you deserve.
Brainspotting
Brainspotting is a focused, neuroscience-informed treatment approach that helps access, process, and release experiences that may feel stuck and be stored deep in the brain and body. It is based on the understanding that where you look affects how you feel, and that specific eye positions—called “brainspots”—can help locate unprocessed trauma, emotional pain, and limiting beliefs. This process allows for deep, non-verbal processing of distress, particularly when experiences feel difficult to access or articulate through traditional talk therapy. Brainspotting often leads to increased clarity, resilience, and a sense of integration. The pace is guided by your comfort, creating a safe space for meaningful and lasting change.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
EMDR is a structured, evidence-based therapy designed to help people process and heal from traumatic life events that continue to impact emotional well-being and daily functioning. Through the use of guided bilateral stimulation (such as guided eye movements, tapping, or auditory tones) and protocols, EMDR facilitates adaptive reprocessing of memory networks, reducing emotional intensity and supporting resolution of symptoms related to trauma, anxiety, and distressing experiences. EMDR is not about reliving trauma in detail. Instead, it’s about changing how those memories are stored in your brain so they no longer carry the same emotional weight.
Somatic Experiencing
Somatic Experiencing is a body-centered approach to healing that focuses on the nervous system’s natural capacity for regulation and recovery. Through guided attention to sensations, movement, and breath, you’ll learn to track what feels safe and manageable, allowing your system to process and integrate experiences, building awareness, and restoring a sense of safety within your body to gently resolve patterns of activation and shutdown that can remain after difficult experiences. Somatic Experiencing can be especially helpful for those who feel disconnected from their body, overwhelmed by emotions, or impacted by past experiences that are difficult to put into words. This approach can increase your capacity for calm, resilience, and presence, helping you feel more grounded, regulated, and connected in your daily life.
